At TREAD Health Advisors, I believe that healthcare works best when insights meet integrity.

After more than two decades working across hospitals, physicians practices, and health insurance industry including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan I founded Tread Health Advisors to help others navigate and improve the ecosystem that shapes care delivery in America.

My passion lies in connecting the dots between data and people between the numbers drive business decisions and the human stories that reveal their real impacts. I've spent my careers strengthening vendor partnerships, building compliance framework, optimizing benefits, and leading initiatives that save costs while improving access and outcomes.

But beyond the spreadsheets and strategy, I've seen the human side of healthcare the patients waiting for approvals for prior authorization , the providers struggling under administrative loads, and the policymakers trying to make it all work. that's why I started Tread Health Advisors: to bring clarity, accountability, and compassion back into the conversation.
