I've spend my career strengthening vendor partnerships, building compliance frameworks, optimizing benefits, and leading initiatives that save cost while improving access and outcomes.

But beyond the spreadsheets and strategy, I've seen the human side of healthcare- the patients waiting for approvals, the providers struggling under administration load, and the policymakers trying to make it all work. That's why I started Tread Health Advisors: to bring clarity, accountability, and compassion back into the conversation.
